Fit Guide
You can find the size guide on each of our product description pages. Just select “Size Guide” and it will show you that item’s relevant measurements.
Our products are designed in a modern American fit and true to size. Please reference the size chart for your best fit, the size chart is located on each product page.

We offer exchanges. Size returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed items with the original tags still attached. Please note that Jockstraps, Underwear and Compression Shorts are not eligible for return. Click here to view our returns policy.

My Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order# and details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If you have any concerns, please contact us at support@bikeathletic.com.
We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly request our customers to review their orders prior to submitting. If you need to change your shipping address, please email support@bikeathletic.com within 48 hours, a representative will get back to you for further assistance. Please include “Order Issue: order#” in the subject line of your email.
Once your order is processed (2-3 business days), you will receive a notification once your order has shipped. The delivery window is calculated at checkout based on your delivery selection.

Returns & Exchanges
Bike Athletic accepts online returns of unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. For more information, click here.

For most return requests, when your return package is received at our return center for inspection, please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.
Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined for any reason. Please note that certain discounts do have set expiration dates, and codes that are no longer valid will not be able to be used within the system.
