All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by the individual shipping carriers and displayed at checkout. You as the customer get to choose the shipping carrier you feel will most likely be able to service your area. All timeframes provided by the shipping carriers are only ESTIMATES and may not reflect the actual total transit and delivery of the package. The shipping estimate also does not include the 1-2 business days it takes for us to ship.
All major shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) at this time are not honoring shipping commitment timelines as documented on their websites. As such BIKE Athletic can not be held responsible for late and delayed packages that miss their estimated target. Due to the state of the shipping industry at this time BIKE Athletic can not guarantee any delivery timeline.

2) At this time, we don’t directly ship internationally from our website due to the complexity of shipping to each country. As we grow, we will be working to build our international shipping infrastructure in the future. Still, in the meantime, many customers have been successful using a freight forwarder that handles international shipping full time to many countries around the world.
There are many customer services out there, but this is one of the more streamlined services we have found that is consumer-friendly. We have no relationship with them so that any shipping questions will be between you and the freight forwarder.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
