All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
At this time, we don’t directly ship internationally due to the complexity of shipping to each country. As we grow, we will be working to build our international shipping infrastructure in the future. Still, in the meantime, many customers have been successful using a freight forwarder that handles international shipping full time to many countries around the world.
There are many customer services out there, but this is one of the more streamlined services we have found that is consumer-friendly. We have no relationship with them so that any shipping questions will be between you and the freight forwarder.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
